This system will enable us to quickly and efficiently disseminate important information to all employees and tenants in the event of an emergency or other critical situations.
The Mass Communication Alerts System will provide real-time notifications via multiple channels, including text messages, emails, and public address announcements. This ensures that everyone receives timely updates, regardless of their location within the mall.
Instructions for enrolling in the alert system are provided below. We urge all employees and tenants to sign up as soon as possible to ensure you are included in this vital communication network.

Enrollment via Web URL:
1. Visit: https://greenbriermall.redflagapp.net/
2. Enter Your Information: Follow prompts to complete your profile.
3. Click Save and you are all set!
Enrollment via Mobile APP:
1. Download the RedFlag Alerts App from your trusted App Store.
2. Enter Location as Greenbriermall (no spaces).
3. Follow prompts to enter your mobile number. You will receive a code to the number entered. You will need this code to continue.
4. Lastly, you will enter your information to complete your profile. Click “Save”. A green bubble will appear to confirm success.
